DM Power Construction

D.M. Power Construction is a family-run general contractor based in Needham, MA, serving Needham, Newton, Boston, and Cambridge since 2007. We specialize in custom home additions and also handle kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement renovations, porch and deck construction, siding, and full exterior renovations. Whether you’re adding a new room, updating an older home, or taking on a multi-room project, we manage the job from start to finish.

Every project begins with an in-person site visit to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline, followed by a detailed quote and schedule. We handle permits, keep you informed throughout, and leave your home clean when the work is done. Many of our clients have trusted us for years and across multiple projects.
